The 75 Soft Challenge is a mental toughness challenge that requires you to follow a set of rules for 75 days. The goal of the challenge is to help you develop mental toughness, self-confidence, and self-discipline. This challenge is simpler and more flexible than TikTok’s famous 75 Hard Challenge.

The rules for the 75 Soft Challenge are flexible. Below are the "official" rules implemented for the 75 Soft Challenge.

Rules for the 75 Soft Challenge:

  1. Eat a healthy diet and limit alcohol to social occasions.
  2. Train for 45 minutes every day, with 1 day of active recovery per week.
  3. Drink 3 liters (100 fl oz) of water a day.
  4. Read 10 pages of any book each day.


Below are my rules implemented for the 75 Soft Challenge. Feel free to update the rules to fit your requirements.

My Rules for the 75 Soft Challenge:

  1. ⏰ Wake Up Early
  2. 🥗 Eat Healthy, Stay under 1800 Calories
  3. 🍹Alcohol Only On Social Occasions
  4. 💪🏼 Exercise at least once per day for at least 45 minutes (at least 4 x a week)
  5. 📕 Read/listen to personal development for at least 10 minutes per day
  6. 🧘 Meditate for at least 10 minutes per day
  7. 🤚 No Days Off
